Phytochemical and Molecular Docking Studies on Indigenous Herbs Glycyrrhiza glabra, Terminalia chebula and Hamdard joshanda

Background: Glycyrrhiza glabra, Terminalia chebula and Hamdard joshanda is used as a traditional home medicine in developing countries that easily available for lesser cost with no side effects. These decoctions made record pandemic have found efficacious Covid-19 patients RTI addition to Dengue Malarial fever. Our study aimed explore the qualitative well quantitative potential medicines such through phytochemical GC-MS analytical technique were conducted finding all chemical constituents these herbal medicines. Docking studies carried out between receptors of crystal structure SARS coronavirus, Lung Cancer Mycobacterium tuberculosis proteins. Materials Methods: The presence various phytochemicals, total phenolic flavonoid content determined by standard procedure. was investigated using coronavirus protease modeling (PDB ID: 3SN8), Protein 6JZ0) protein 4FDO). Results: chromatogram showed 26, 18 23 peaks revealed phytoconstituents present chebula, respectively. Total contents 1.95, 1.88, 1.55, 0.66, 0.56, 0.49 mg/ml, exhibited moderate higher efficacy against Covid-19, Tuberculosis cancer. However, several more vivo vitro research needs investigate their molecular system or any other significance unused bioactive substance human relapse. Conclusion: been confirmed be safe consumption would also suggest its direct attaining proven benefits.
